Expérience fantastique: Lieu parfait pour la détente, remise en forme, atteinte d'objectifs sportifs. Piscine extérieure très agréable et non surpeuplée . Accueil charmant et personnel au top.

Expérience positive: I am generally satisfied with the club and its facilities, but I was disappointed with their inflexible policy regarding membership suspension. Memberships can only be paused per calendar month, and the club requires the request to be submitted no later than the 1st of the current month. Unfortunately, I had to undergo surgery on the 17th of the month and only received my doctor’s note afterwards, advising me not to exercise for a full month. Despite providing medical proof, the club refused to accept my request because it was not submitted in advance and before the 1st of the month. While I am happy with most aspects of the club, I believe a more understanding and flexible approach in unforeseen medical situations would greatly improve the experience for members.

Expérience positive: Points forts: espace fitness et large gamme d'équipements de musculation, grandes piscines et bel espace spa pour se détendre. Accueil très sympathique surtout Marina qui est toujours extrêmement souriante même à l'ouverture du club. Points négatifs: capacité catastrophique du parking alors que le nombre de membre ne fait qu'augmenter. Même en semaine à 10h (vendredi), il n'est pas possible de trouver une place de parking et les navettes ne sont pas en activités...décevant alors qu'on promet un parking souterain de plusieurs centaines de places depuis des mois. La propreté du sol aussi bien au fitness que dans les salles de cours collectifs est à revoir pour ce type de club. Il est également dommage que le club ne fasse pas respecté les horaires de piscine sans enfants sachant que nous n'avons déjà que de 7h30 à 10h en week-end. Dans l'ensemble, je dirais qu'il est grand temps que les promesses faites lors de l'adhésion soient mises en place...et ce plus que rapidement au vu du prix de l'abonnement.

Expérience fantastique: Hands down the best health club in the Brussels area, only opened a year ago, great facilities, super friendly and helpful staff, fantastic indoor and outdoor pool and spa, a great restaurant and many member events, and very chield friendly with many activities - we absolutely love it!!!

The atmosphere is vibrant and energizing, making it a joy to work out here. The staff truly sets this club apart. Everyone, from the reception team to the restaurant staff, cleaners, lifeguards, gym trainers, and class coaches, are exceptionally professional and friendly. They genuinely care about your experience and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and supported. The selection of classes is phenomenal! There’s something for everyone, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete. Each class is well-structured, and the instructors are passionate and knowledgeable, ensuring that you get the most out of your workout. I just love this place and can highly recommend it !

Expérience négative: Still falsely advertising tennis on 31 oct 2024. More than a year after the club opened, and still no tennis. A scam works because it just works.

Expérience positive: Points positifs : les cours sont chouettes, le club enfant est un vrai atout même si c’est vrai qu’on doit s’inscrire longtemps à l’avance pour avoir de la place. La proposition de stages durant les vacances est vraiment sympa mais le prix de la semaine est encore assez élevé (200€/semaine) par rapport aux stages habituels, même si le repas de midi est compris dans le prix. Sinon les employés sont extrêmement sympathiques et serviables, les profs sont très professionnels. Le principe de réservation permet de ne pas encombrer les cours. Les cours sont variés même s’ils le sont davantage à Uccle (espérons qu’il y ait une diversification). Le principe de soirée avec garderie pour enfant est vraiment génial. Petit bémol : beaucoup de personnes s’inscrivent pour pouvoir télétravailler mais au final, c’est assez compliqué : pas de séparation entre le restaurant et la salle de télétravail qui s’apparente plus à un salon lounge. Du coup, les tables de travail sont pour la plupart des tables basses (pas pratique) et des enfants viennent y jouer donc le travail y est impossible. De plus, il manque un extérieur pour les enfants par beau temps. Peut-être aussi trouver un système afin de conserver les jeux de société complets.

Expérience négative: Falsely advertised tennis for months to attract subscriptions. Just a big gym, pools and interior too cold to use. Staff was nice though.

Expérience négative: Rather disappointed after a few months now at this so-called elite fitness club. The fitnessroom looks nice but is rather spartan, even a Basic Fit is sometimes better outfitted and the Wi-Fi is very slow. Staff is frequently absent and sometimes very rude and only seem to speak french. The outside swimming pool is a bonus but way too small so mostly full. Training courses seem to be mostly aimed at women. Shower facilities are standard but no more. It's a new construction so again it looks ok but it sure does not justify the very high monthly fee.

Un grand merci à Andrea( elle est exceptionnelle) , Kinza , Nastasia , Morgan , Charles … Y a aussi des coach moins pro , moins sympa , comme Hélène C qui vous mets dehors de son cours si vous arrivez 8 min en retard , car elle a déjà fini l échauffement... ‍♀️ Ce que m est arrivé alors que je sortais d un cours de Body Pump qui a pris 4-5 min en plus, du coup en retard pour le BodyArt . Enfin c est bien dommage d avoir des personnes pareil qui travaille dans un club d un tel standing. Normalement je ne suis jamais en retard au cours collectifs, j arrive tjr à l avance car je sais que parfois c est compliqué d avoir une place de parking .

I complained several times, but no reaction at all. Friends of mine don't want to use the pool anymore. Children are shivering during the 30 min lessons.

Expérience fantastique: Joined when the club opened in the autumn of 2023. Clean , modern, two swimming pools, one inside, one outside, fully equipped gym. Staff at every point of contact very friendly, courteous, from reception to the staff behind the bar area and a special mention to Mohamed ( one of the male cleaners who always says ‘ Bonjour’. ) Cleaners are rarely recognized. I have also, on a few occasions interacted with the Sales Manager and Director who have been fully accessible and helpful. Would recommend joining.

Expérience négative: Ancien client de plusieurs années à Uccle. Le club est pas mal mais l'approche « vente » que j'ai eue en ce 30 mars 2024 avec Laura est digne d'un fast-food: expéditif (littéralement 15min), aucun intérêt porté sur notre profil client, nos motivations ou encore nos besoins. La visite se termine par une présentation des tarifs sur un iPad. Qu’il se soit répandu, les offres indiquées sur le site n’ont rien avoir avec celles en application. Il n’y a en réalité que deux choix. Dans le but (raté) de créer un sentiment d’urgence, j’ai l’honneur d’apprendre qu’une super promo se termine endéans les 24h: les frais de dossier sont offerts !! Mais qui de nos jours croit encore à ces frais de dossier et à ces promotions ?! On se croirait au Basic F** !! Mieux encore : sur un ton quasi menaçant, on me fait comprendre que j’ai tout intérêt à prendre rapidement ma décision car, je cite, « les prix verront une augmentation comme cela a déjà été le cas plusieurs fois depuis les pré-inscriptions ». Après réflexion, je me dis que la vendeuse est une personne que l'on voit en réalité qu'une seule fois, j'accepte malgré tout de souscrire (3h après la visite) à un abonnement àpd 15 avril car j'ai un voyage d'affaires. Deal refusé car la seule possibilité de bénéficier de cette offre est de commencer dès le 1er avril et, je cite, « ce n'est pas grave, 200€ de frais de dossier, ce n'est pas grand chose ». En fait, si, 200€ c’est de l’argent. Bref, des techniques de vente, bien qu’agréables sous certains tropiques, ne sont pas dignes d'un endroit qui se veut/croit luxueux. Sans façon :)

Expérience négative: Despite my multiple emails to the customer service department of Sterrebeek regarding my cancellation enquiry I still have not received a clear answer on what their policy is. Despite providing notes from my doctor and hospital I am still waiting to get a reply. On top of that I never received any reply to my email regarding the language of the group classes which in its majority seems to be French only.

Expérience positive: The changing room is quite cramped, with only a limited number of cabins available for changing. Additionally, the classes can get very crowded and the class sizes tend to be quite large. Finding parking can be quite challenging and the prices at the restaurant are quite steep. Another downside is that you are required to commit to a 12-month membership. Furthermore, there is a significant number of kids present on weekends, which can be overwhelming for those seeking a more adult-oriented experience. While the facility offers a jacuzzi, there is an additional fee to access it, but unfortunately, it has been out of order. They have also been out of stock of membership cards. On the bright side, the place is kept clean and the staff members are friendly and welcoming. Another positive aspect is the wide range of classes available, providing a variety of options to choose from. In conclusion, considering the price you pay for access to this facility, the overall quality and level of service offered still have room for improvement.

Expérience positive: Very good sports club. High end category, welcoming staff and state of the art equipment. The last star is missing because the aqua part is foolishly set up. The sound system is really bad and the display around the pool hides the trainer behind columns. So in conclusion, horrible sound for the music and NO microphone for the trainer (really can't believe that!) and no visibility of the trainer from the side of the pool. This is low cost quality at the level of Basic Fit! This needs to be updated asap, or cut the monthly fee by 2 at least.

We really feel great in this place: great group courses, super coaches, very friendly staff in charge of the kids and in general staff that is very helpful. A big thanks to Evelin who helped us so much in making the choice to join with her positive "can-do" and super nice attitude!! We really love this club and are so happy to spend quality family time in a nice place!!

Expérience positive: Swimmers like pools that are 25m. Why did you copy the Uccle set up and construct only a 20m outdoor pool?

Expérience fantastique: Elle est plus hight class. La difference entre uccle C'est nouveau et le jacuzzi ne se trouve pas à côté de la piscine des enfants. Hammam parfait peut être les sauna sont plus petits que celui de Uccle. A part cela des travaux qui vont se terminer j'espère bientôt car un.peu difficile d'accès pour aller jusqu'à DLL surtout le.soir.

Expérience positive: Nice place with lots of facilities. Only downside is the "one towel only" policy per visit. For an upscale health this is not up to market standard.

Expérience négative: I’m actual member at Davidloyd Sterrebeek and I had a bad issue with one agressive staff member that she didn’t allowed me to get a clean towel… she badly behaved. The management didn’t take mesures and gave a bad justification about ecology and not using more than one towel. I have asked them, how the member can do with one towel for the training, pool, Spa and the shower? They never answered to my question. I’ll probably leave this club and go back agin to Aspria.. I had a membership there for more than 10 years, better staff and better management.

Expérience fantastique: Great breakfast, egg and salmon bagel. Probably have to be a member of this amazing new gym to use the restaurant, since it's all behind the electronic turnstiles. I've also had the "breakfast formula" which is also excellent. Finally, I've also had a very good spaghetti bolognaise after a workout ... so much pasta, I probably didn't get much of a burn after my workout.

Expérience négative: Extrêmement déçue par ce club après un an de fréquentation. J'ai dû modifier mon abonnement pour raison de santé sur conseil de mon médecin. J'ai demandé pour cela de changer mon abonnement de premium en abonnement simple. Avant cela je voulais en connaître le prix ce qui était visiblement impossible. Le staff est joignable uniquement par mail et ils m'ont envoyé un mail me disant qu'il passait de mon abonnement premium en abonnement normal en maintenant le prix de mon abonnement premium. En dehors de cela les problèmes de parking sont récurrents on nous promet depuis un an un l'accès au parking souterrain qui n'est toujours pas fini. Le seul cours collectif qui m'intéresse est constamment complet, des gens non inscrits si rajoutent. Bref je crois que mon expérience David Lloyd va s'arrêter là.
