Expérience fantastique: Ik crossfit al 7 jaar bij Cargo. Elke workout is een oppepper. Een veilige haven met mensen die je door de jaren heel goed leert kennen. De coaches zijn fenomenaal, hun ervaring, kennis over de werking van het lichaam en focus op goed en juist bewegen is uniek! Focus ligt hier op plezier bij beweging, en beter je lichaam bewegen zonder te belasten. Ik kom soms binnen na een slechte dag, maar ga altijd buiten met een goed humeur!! Merci Cargo

Expérience fantastique: Al enkele maanden lid van deze CrossFit. Maanden getwijfeld of dit wel iets voor mij ging zijn, maar dit was echt de beste beslissing ooit voor me persoonlijk. Zeer aangename CF, goede coaching en ze kijken altijd voor aangepaste oefeningen bij blessures. Regelmatige variatie qua coaches, wat het elke keer wat anders maakt. Beginners of gevorderden, alles is welkom en sport samen.

Expérience fantastique: Great box, very welcoming staff, fun trainings. I came here for a month and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a box either to drop in for a few trainings or long term.

Expérience fantastique: Friendly, great location and great coaches. Have been there for quite some drop-ins and you feel always very welcomed. Always paying attention to all, new or experienced and happy to give tips and corrections.

The environment is amazing, the schedules are very flexible, and the gym is massive with the option to do both CrossFit and regular gym in the same facility. Coach Jesus, Barbara, Pieter, Eline etc. always push you to the limit to strive for greatness in a very respectful way. Since I joined, not only I strengthened my body & mind, but also joined a community of likeminded people. Thanks!

Expérience positive: I was travelling Gent for work and dropped into Crossfit Cargo. Had a wonderful experience, coach Tom was great and the other athletes were very welcoming. Great space, clean, and the equipment was in good shape. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because they didn't have any large men shirts to buy. I would have liked to rocked my "Crossfit Cargo" shirt back in the states as well. I would drop in there again if in town and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone else.

Expérience fantastique: Not your average Crossfit box, much more than that! Cargo embodies "Everyone can do Crossfit". Everyone is challenged to go to their own limit, not beyond. Coaches spend equal time with novices and experts. But most of all Crossfit Cargo is a community, a big group of friends, some might say a family. One that with much regret, I have left halfway 2021 due to moving to Italy for work... Well worth giving this a try, just do it and become your better self!

Expérience fantastique: Heel aangename crossfit vlakbij het centrum van Gent. Grote ruimte met al het nodige materiaal. Alles is er nog vrij nieuw (is nog maar 2 jaar open). Pieter en Eline geven heel goede trainingen met een oog voor de juiste houdingen en dergelijke bij de sporters. Top
