Negatieve ervaring: "I agree with Deyan; this is exactly how I felt. I went there to exercise and relax, but in my first class, the instructor put a lot of pressure on me in front of the other participants. I wasted 15 minutes listening to him explain things to me as if I were a child. On top of that, the manager showed zero understanding and only responded to my emails a week later, after I informed them that I would not continue. They insisted that I pay for two months, even though I only attended one class, as per the contract. Avoid this place—there are much better options out there."

Negatieve ervaring: If i could give zero I would. Worst box experience ever, rude staff, total chaos with onboarding and simply don’t care about you as a human being. They don’t deserve to hold the Crossfit name which is all about inclusion, supporting others and being kind.

Positieve ervaring: Attended a session 3 years back. Coach was more interested into existing team. Don't teach one more time, if you don't know how to use barbell.

Fantastische ervaring: This is a great gym for both newcomers and seasoned CrossFit athletes. The coaches are great (and also speak English!) and are able to help every athlete scale to his/her ability. I have improved a lot at this gym in 1.5 years. They also offer HIIT classes. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to increase their fitness level. The programming is top-notch!

Good atmosphere, coaches are very focused on helping you especially when you’re a beginner like me, but for more advanced members as well. There is no better way to start the day!

Negatieve ervaring: I sent 4 messages from different platforms after the trial to register. No response. I already lost my motivation to go there and found another place.

Negatieve ervaring: This is a nice box, spacious and a friendly atmosphere. However, most of the staff are not very attentive - they rather chat with each other and some of the regulars than pay attention to their classes. There isn't much help available to individuals either to learn or correct your movements. The sign up procedure to classes is extremely stressful, as classes are always booked out two weeks in advance and you have to be checking your app constantly to see if there are any cancellations. In addition, the equipment could be upgraded/expanded (from 1-2 assault bikes, 1 rope, better collars...).

Fantastische ervaring: Been going for over a year now and I love it. Nice & friendly community, variety in workouts, lots of equipment and materials, plenty of space. The occasional events and outdoor WODs are also a nice touch. Once in a while we’ll do a group workout in Foret de Soignes. Booking classes is done through an app and because the classes are limited to max 16 people, sometimes it can be tricky to book the slot you want. It hasn’t really been an issue though. In one year, it maybe happened to me twice that I wasn’t able to book the slot I wanted.

Negatieve ervaring: *FRAUD*. They offer 120 Euro for 10 sessions - nice eh? Of course there is a 50 Euro signup charge so that's 170 Euro, still pretty nice. Only that you can only book a class through their app, and there is never a free slot *ever*. Of course, the subscription expires in *three* months. I only managed to get one or two classes in that period. After that, the app kicks you out. They don't respond to emails, they don't answer their phone, I went there but unfortunately the manager was not there :) Oh well, if they don't want to talk to me I'm pretty sure I can find someone else they will want to talk to. I am always amazed by the tricks those crooks come up with!

Negatieve ervaring: The classes are good, and apparently good timetable, but the time booking process is pretty bad: People with unlimited access books all the classes to then cancel in the last minute. Even if you reserve in the waiting list, you only get an email about it, you are not penciled in. So you have to be constantly checking your phone. As a consequence, the workouts are fully booked. yet they are rarely full in reality. Not the best box I've seen, but is clearly enough.
