Negatieve ervaring: Beware of abusive contract terms with a long cancellation period. Even after blocking the payments they continued to chase me. I thought these practices ended in the 1990s but evidently not. The gym itself is mediocre.

Positieve ervaring: They haven’t turned on the air-conditioning, even during heat waves — it’s been like this for the past two months.

Positieve ervaring: Une salle qui surpasse les autres franchises ! Il ne manque plus que la salle ouvre plus tôt et là, elle les battait tous (par hasard, dès 6h du matin la semaine)

Negatieve ervaring: Salle n’est pas du tout à jour, les tarifs ne sont pas adaptés à ce qui est proposé sur place. J’ai été à la salle grand Bigard et celle de Auderghem qui sont vraiment top (5 étoiles), ce qui m’a poussé à faire un abonnement. Celle de Louise se situe près de chez moi avec un horaire plus avantageux, mais n’est pas du tout au même niveau que ses deux salles et ne mérite donc pas qu’on paie ce nouveau tarif. Je mettrai 5 étoiles si cette salle aussi est rénovée.

Negatieve ervaring: A fuir, on dirait que le personnel travaille à contre cœur, et aller jeter un coup d œil sur le support où se trouve les kettlebells, des mottes de poussières, je pense qu ils nettoient jamais, colruyt c est bien de racheter Jims mais faut que ce soit mieux qu avant et non pire

Negatieve ervaring: Toilets are never working. At least let us temporarily use the womens toilet or give us an alternative.

Fantastische ervaring: Super salle, bien tenue. Les gens sont polis et rangent leurs poids, le personnel est plus que sympathique. Je remarque qu'il manquerait juste un doublon de poids en 2x12 et 2x14, ceux-ci sont très souvent pris, et il y a parfois presque une file d'attente Correction : la salle a pris cela en compte et tous les couple d’haltères sont désormais en double. Super salle !

Negatieve ervaring: Jim's will do everything to make canceling your subscription confusing and in their favor. After a year of payments, I decided to cancel, but four months later, they’re still demanding money due to their lack of communication. As of now, the bill has already reached €160… and it’s still increasing. Once you sign up with them, you may never escape.

Negatieve ervaring: Honestly I am sick of gyms where all the weights (and machines) get HUGE spaces with mirrors and natural light and anything like stretching and core is relegated to a small room between the toilet and the stairs in the basement. And this place is just like that. Do they not realise that if you stretch in a small damp place you will injure yourself?? And that you might need to see your movements when not lifting weights as well. Honestly not impressive.

Fantastische ervaring: Sono qui a Bruxelles per due mesi e cercavo una palestra che non fosse sempre piena, dove potermi allenare in tranquillità senza attese per i macchinari. Palestra perfetta , sempre pulita con molti attrezzi . Alla reception molto gentile la ragazza che mi ha aiutato nell’ iscrizione, nonostante le mie evidenti difficoltà con la lingua . La consiglio sicuramente a discapito di altre catene di palestre più economiche ma disastrose sotto ogni altro aspetto .

Fantastische ervaring: Les entraînements HIIT avec coach Marouane EL. sont incroyables! Il est motivant, souriant, et à l’écoute. Je sens la différence en 6 semaines ! Ça serait génial de pouvoir faire ce cours 2 fois par semaine

Negatieve ervaring: The WORST. I am now “forced” to come to this terrible small gym because I moved close to it while I used to go to another one close to my previous apartment (now too far) that was much better. Here they barely have any classes and the ones they have are not good and are at weird times. It is not fair I have to pay for such bad service.

Positieve ervaring: This used to be a very nice gym, but now it's just badly maintained. Dirty, broken machines, mouldy smell in the locker room, etc.

Negatieve ervaring: This is the WORST gym you can ever go to! Zero customer service and zero professionalism. I went to cancel my gym subscription and the staff confirmed it’s canceled and NOTHING to pay, hence i didn’t go to the gym even ONCE because it’s cancelled. They sent an email saying i have to pay 2 month so i replied to the email address of Louise branch saying this must be a mistake and my subscription is cancelled and i got no response at all so i thought this indeed is an email sent by mistake. A period after i received ANOTHER email so, i had to go back to the gym oh its in your contract as a grace period and asked for the person who told me this wrong info so i gave them the description of the staff. They kept looking at each other saying oh yeah oh he is new. They didn’t even apologize once. Then one of them started to take a phone call and the other one was starring at his computer so i left. I’m absolutely speechless that now i have to pay for months however i haven’t used the gym and they didnt even apologize for the wrong info they gave me. Absolutely chaotic gym and horrible management with ZERO honoring to their mistakes and untrained staff !!!!! Biggest example of their horrible customer service is that several bad reviews here on google for them they didn’t even care enough to apologize to these members !!!! Don’t give money to a gym that doesn’t even respect you .. and i’ve been a member since this branch opened !!! Chaotic

Negatieve ervaring: Je suis venu avec un ami membre pour essayer la musculation intérieur. Arriver on nous dit que la séance d’essai promise n’est plus possible avec mes amis on ne comprends pas (après avoir attendu 14 minutes ), une personne qui nous fixait qui travaillait ici est venu vers nous et a voulu nous violenter nous insulter et j’en passe.Je déconseille très très fort.

Fantastische ervaring: Un Seul Mot : SUPER ; Très bon management, personnels qualifiés, sportifs et attentifs. On sent que c'est leur passion. Merci au Manager Mr Adel pour tous ses conseils. Salle Propre et agréable rien à voir avec Les salles Oranges

Positieve ervaring: Bonne salle dans l’ensemble,plutôt petite et manque un peu de machine tel que un hack squat ou un pec fly. GROS SOUCIS le Jim’s Louise ne met pas à jour les jour de fermeture. Sur Google on vous dit que le club est ouvert sur le site on vous dit qu’il est fermé le 25/12 et 1/1 mais pourtant j’y suis allé le 31/1 fermé sans aucune explication (il était 15h) Aucun signe de fermeture sur internet franchement irrespectueux je perde une heure pour rien du tout

La salle n'est jamais trop pleine (entre 16 et 20h) Les clients sont vraiment cool, mieux qu'à la concurrence, sans citer de noms. Petit point à améliorer: Propreté des douches et Vestiaire Envisager de mettre des miroirs dans la salle qui est sur le même palier que les vestiaires

Positieve ervaring: It’s always tooo hot!! I have no troubles in other gyms, but the high temperatures and the lack of fresh air really affect my performances! I’m pretty sure this is not the best environment to do sports in. It’s a pity, cause the staff is friendly and the machines are good.

Positieve ervaring: Je m'y sens bien et je suis toujours bien accueilli. Points faibles : Il n'y a pas d'eau dans les distributeurs :( Il y fait assez chaud en été malgré la clim (à cause de l'effort on a vite trop chaud...) Les écrans déconnent un peu (pas de signal TV, écouteurs bluetooth qui se déconnectent,...) Mais rien qui entrave l'exercice ! Manque peut-être d'appareil à abdos... Points forts : personnel très chaleureux et bienveillant. Ils sont vraiment là par plaisir (On m'a même dépanné à boire quand j'avais oublié ma bouteille). Large choix d'appareils (les zones d'entraînement sont cohérentes et très diverses) Les sportifs sont respectueux entre eux Les lieux sont toujours propres (y compris les toilettes)

Negatieve ervaring: Je suis allé dans cette salle de sport depuis presque 2 ans et aujourd'hui je me suis desinscris à cause de l'attitude arrogant de Grégoire. Il ne dit jamais Bonjour ni au-revoir et lorsque vous avez besoin d'aide, il préfère vous faire attendre et répondre à ces appels téléphoniques plutôt que de vous aider. De plus, c'est une salle de sport où on est censé avoir des serviettes mais ça fait déjà 3 jours qu'ils n'ont plus de serviettes et aucune communication à ce propos. À la fin de l'entraînement, on veut prendre notre douche et il n y a plus de serviette on doit donc soit rentrer à la maison avec des vêtements mouillé pour se doucher soit emmener une serviette de la maison mais si on ne nous communique pas, on ne peut pas le savoir. J'aimerais quand même dire que le manager 'Adil' est sympa et gentille. C'est dommage qu'il n'est pas souvent là.

Todo el personal que trabaja en él es encantador y se muestra siempre disponible, se nota que no sólo buscan facilitar un lugar para entrenar, sino un lugar en el que estar a gusto pues intentan hacerte la vida lo más fácil posible siempre. Las instalaciones también están muy bien y tiene una gran variedad de máquinas. Pd. El servicio de toallas es un puntazo!

Fantastische ervaring: Staying in Brussels for a few days and fancied somewhere to train and this Jim’s was perfect. We needed a day pass and Adyl, the manager, was extremely accommodating and helpful. The gym itself is very well stocked with great machines and free weights. There’s a mix of functional and resistance training which is unique and caters to all. The gym is clean and there are great hygiene standards which is so important with covid-19 pandemic. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Brussels who wants to get a gym session in. 10/10 service and professionalism.

Negatieve ervaring: I spoke to Adil, the manager, regarding canceling my membership. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. This is not the first time I've received such condescending comments. Twice I was yelled at by one of the instructor who was giving class for working out in the wrong spot. He clearly mentioned that I should've known that during this timeline this space was reserved to him. Would not recommend.

Negatieve ervaring: A éviter! Service clientèle pas très sympathique. Elle n'écoute pas le client et quand vous posez une question, on vous répond " c'est possible" sans vérifier! Je suis enceinte et dans l'incapacité de faire du sport dans la salle. Mon objectif était de me désinscrire et d'y revenir par la suite. Mais vu la manière dont ils ont traité ma demande, ils ne me verront plus. Des condiditions générales mensongères, dans lesquelles il était indiqué 4 semaines de préavis mais ce n'est pas la vérité! Si vous avez suspendu votre abonnement pour cause de COVID, Jims vous rajoute en plus de votre préavis les mois où la salle était fermée et cela n'est indiqué nulle part. La personne au téléphone à part me dire, c'est "comme ça", n'est même pas capable de me dire où cela est indiqué. Je n'ai aucun problème de payer quand les choses sont claires mais ici ce n'est pas le cas, aucune orientation client.

Negatieve ervaring: I do regret having subscribed to this Fitness and can't wait quitting this fitness as soon as the 12-month contract is fulfilled. They just don't deserve the trust that you give them to sign a 12-month mandatory-payment contract and allow them to draw the membership fee as freely as they want. The fitness didn't open its door until Jun 9, but they already started drawing the fee on May 26 for a period covering Jun 02 to Jun 29. why should I pay Jun 02 to Jun 08 if it is still close? Moreover, the way they dealt with my complaint and the request for freezing the membership for another 3 months was really unacceptable with late response and confusing communication.

Negatieve ervaring: Two months ago I subsriced to this gym and I left a very good review but now I am taking it out because of the fact that they do not let you carry a bag with you at the gym? It seems like the gym owner does know how to provide the best service to the vast variety of trainers there are. Foe example now I have to carry all my stuff with me all the time. The funny thing is that they told me that ”it does not look like a gym” and it looks ”messy” if everyone has a bag with them. Well how does it look now that i have all my things lauing around all the time? I am going somewhere else that can provide accurate training facilities.p

Positieve ervaring: Recently started going to this gym and have generally good impressions after two sessions: Pros: – Clean – Not too crowded – Generally good mix of cardio and weight-training equipment, which is well-maintained – Helpful staff that speaks both French and English Cons: – Not enough squat racks. There should be at least one more. – The fancy water machine is annoying. It should be supplemented by, if nothing else, a basic water fountain. Of course, the cons are not total deal-breakers, though I would give Jims Louise 5/5 stars if they fixed these two issues.

Negatieve ervaring: I am not a member of this gym, however I was interested in it so I signed up (without paying) to become a member soon. A couple days after doing this, I received a call from Mechelen, from the owner? telling me that I have 6 weeks for free and that he just sent me an email to go forward with it and that he will do it with me now (the payment part I'm guessing). I told him thank you but I was thinking about it and will do it on my own. Guess what? Yesterday I received another call from the same person. I didn't pick up this time but it is very annoying. If I want to become a member I will do that alone, stop calling me already.
