The postures are designed to address all body parts and muscle groups. The same sequence of postures is used every class. That way you can actually improve them and monitor your progress as your body becomes stronger and your flexibility increases. The heat helps your tendons and muscles to relax and loosen, allowing you to stretch deeper and decreasing the risk of injury.

Fantastische ervaring: I traveled to Brugge for 5 nights and was so thankful I found this lovely studio. I did 4 evening classes while in town and the instructors were so invested in improving my practice even though they knew I was just passing through! It was my first experience with this particular style of hot yoga and it was glorious. Highly recommend this studio if a local or just passing through. They will take great care of you and welcome you like their own!

Fantastische ervaring: Erg tevreden dat ik deze yoga-school heb gevonden. 1 maal per week kom ik vanuit Oostende om hier van de les te genieten. Ik kan het zeker een ieder aanraden die aan zijn gezondheid, flexibiliteit en conditie wil werken. Jammer dat ik zo ver woon anders zou ik zeker vaker komen ♂️ Tip voor de geïnteresseerden: parkeer je auto op de komvest (2 minuten lopen naar de yoga-school) met een blauwe kaart en voorkom een boete
Oooh! Dankjewel voor de super review! Zo is de week wel erg goed van start gegaan! ❤️ Voorkom inderdaad een boete door aan de buitenkant van de Komvest te parkeren met de blauwe schijf, in Brugge betaal je ook op zondag voor te parkeren.
Fantastische ervaring: Love this studio and teaching style is also very good, highly recommended. Wish they had morning classes too.
