Fantastische ervaring: Top Gym in Bxl! Power Rack, squat Rack, decent barbells, even some Eleiko bumper Plate Sets. Has pretty much all Standard Equipment in Addition (in particular a decent dumbbell Selection up to 45kg). Studio is a Bit small but Not overly crowded. Possibility for Access to a (small) swimming Pool and Towel Service. Very attractive pricing, in particular If you manage to snag a Deal. Staff is friendly too. Only Other competitor I could find in Bxl would be Stadium Kinetix, which is much bigger but Not as accessible unless you have a Car (also twice the price).

Positieve ervaring: For that price it is the best gym around you can find. It could be perfect, but there is something I dont understand. They have actually quite ok saunas, but for some reason there are huge gaps under the sauna doors, so all heat comes out (And cold air gets inside), which makes it useless.

Positieve ervaring: I requested a day pass since it was one of the few gyms open on a Sunday and conveniently located near my hotel. The gym is decent, with two squat racks, a few useful machines, and free weights available. I didn’t use the showers, but I do have some concerns about the hygiene of the facility.

Negatieve ervaring: I am expat in Brussels and choosed this gym because close to my hotel. I cannot give good reviews anymore! Compared to some years ago the quality is declining. The showers give NO hot water, a minimum after a training! Cold water saves them money, but at the end people will choose another gym. Hope they become back the standard like they used before It is not worth for me to keep my membership card.,

Fantastische ervaring: J’ai découvert cette salle de sport récemment et je suis totalement conquis ! Tout est absolument parfait. Les installations sont modernes, propres et bien entretenues. Le sauna est un véritable atout, parfait pour se détendre après une séance intense. La piscine est également impeccable, idéale pour un moment de relaxation ou pour compléter son entraînement. L’ambiance est agréable, le personnel est accueillant et toujours prêt à aider. Les équipements de musculation et de cardio sont variés et en excellent état. A recommander !

Positieve ervaring: I lost my shoes there, left out of the locker, and had to go home wearing a pair of borrowed ones: the club manager/owner had nothing to say to me. A very convenient location close to the Place Luxembourg and Parliament. Swimming pool is small, but enough for amateur practice (when not packed with kids - hotel’s guests). Friendly staff (usually). Clean common areas. Moderate prices and discounts for longer schemes. The lockers, requiring your own padlock, are a pain in the… To sum up: if you accept typical Belgian mediocrity in services, you will like the place.

Negatieve ervaring: This place needs an urgent upgrade and deep cleaning. I went there for a trial today. I was very disappointed with the machines and above all the hygiene standard. The machines are outdated and some don't work probably. You can see visible tears and damages on the machine. To my dismay, they are dirty!!!! I am not talking about members who don't desinfect the machines after use but the dirt/the grease that has been accumulating for a long time! The space feels very squeezed. The machines are very close to each other. Luckily I was there in the early afternoon and there were few people. Otherwise it'd be super uncomfortable and even dangerous in some areas, like heavy weight lifting. The older male staff could have been friendly to start with. He really gave me the impression of unprofessionalism and I was not welcomed here. Since it's my first time to be there, I asked him for the parking card to enter the parking but he denied that they had parking card. I felt really strange but I remembered asking about parking and was told to get the card from the reception. So I was dismissed just like that and had to park my car further away on the street. Then luckily I found the email communication and indeed I was instructed to get the parking card. I showed him the email then he magically could give me a parking card. I didn't like this shenanigan at all. I really felt mistreated or at least they were not really doing their job. On the other hand, when i left the gym, the female staff at the reception had no problem giving me the parking card again.

Positieve ervaring: Personnel très sympathique et la salle de sport (les machines) a l’air correct! Bonne localisation également. Cependant, la réservation des cours collectifs est cata.. on doit réserver pour le surlendemain à 22h. Or, à 22h01, le cours est déjà fully booked. On peut se mettre sur une liste d’attente, mais ce n’est pas pratique. Il faudrait dès lors permettre plus de cours collectifs - en commençant à 17h par exemple. Pour un peu absorber la demande

Positieve ervaring: Bonjour, C'est la deuxième fois que je m'inscrit à votre salle avec l'option parking qui est vraiment nécessaire sinon trop dur de se garer dans le quartier où trop cher à long terme. Je me suis surtout inscrit pour le gros + qui est la piscine et le sauna, votre personnel est super agréable et prêt à répondre aux questions. Maintenant je viens expliquer pourquoi 4 étoiles et pas 5, par pitié, faites respecter certaines règles aux membres, comme le plus important, le port de serviettes dans les espaces musculation et surtout dans la piscine et le sauna, je n'ai jamais choppé autant de champignons et de verrues depuis que je vais régulièrement au sauna et à la piscine, je prend les précautions au sauna en mettent des claquettes et avec une serviette de bain en dessous de moi mais malgré cela ça m'arrive tout de même, encore hier 12 octobre 2024, plusieurs personnes viennent se baigner dans la piscine en sortant du sauna dégoulinants de sueur et sans serviette de bain, ces mêmes personnes qui ensuite s'installent sur les transats sans serviette de bain. Je sais que ce n'est pas très facile avec une seule personne à l'accueil pour tout surveiller, mais rien ne coûte de faire au moins 1 tour par heure et vérifier si tout le monde à sa serviette, surtout dans des espaces très sensibles comme le sauna et la piscine, et faire des remarques ou avertissements si les membres persistent, ça se fait dans la chaîne de fitness la plus connue du Benelux que je ne citerai pas, sans vouloir viser personne, c'est toujours les mêmes membres qui se promènent sans serviettes. À quoi bon mettre des beaux écriteaux partout avec des règles si personne ne veille à les faire respecter, je pense que vous me donnerez raison sur ce point. Merci de m'avoir lu et j'espère vraiment que cette situation évoluera car ce sera un petit + pour faire renouveler les membres au lieu de les dégoûter et de devoir débourser le double du prix dans d'autres salles avec piscine et sauna. Negatieve ervaring: Vachement déçue par les appareils de cardio: très vieillots et plus aucun disponible en soiree. De plus, la piscine est souvent indisponible sans plus de précision et dans les douches de femmes, l'eau froide sort seulement par un minuscule filet d'eau, après le sauna ce n'est vraiment pas l'idéal. Dommage.

Fantastische ervaring: Bonjour j'ai remarqué qu'il y a certaines critiques dans les commentaires ils exagéré pour moi tout est parfait et pour le prix que vous demandez c'est cadeaux pour la piscine c'est vrai qu'il y a un peu de cheveux après c'est pas la fin du monde on va pas mourir toutes les piscines il y a toujours des cheveux qui traînent alors arrêtez tout le temps critiquer sur la piscine et l'hygiène est bien voilà pour la femme de ménage c'est une personne très courageuse très gentil je l'ai observé mais franchement elle travaille très bien là aussi je remarqué des commentaires qu'ils ont critiqué côté hygiène et là je suis pas d'accord c'est pas un robot il faut la respecter pour l'accueil rien à dire quand on a un petit souci ou un petit problème ils sont là pour résoudre des petits problèmes mais franchement rien à dire tout est parfait alors les gens qui critiquent ils sont jamais contents allez voir ailleurs vous croyez vous allez trouver mieux. Lol j'ai donné mon avis allez bonne année pour 2025 avec la joie et la bonne humeur

Negatieve ervaring: Smutsigt. Detta är inte världsklass - det är tvärtom! Oordning. Saknas vikter. Inte mycket maskiner/gymutrustning. Rinner vatten från vattenfontänen (handduk på golvet). Har nog inte renoverats sedan 80-talet. Dyrt att provträna en gång (20 Euro). Undvik!!!

Fantastische ervaring: I’ve been a member of for over a year now, and it has exceeded all my expectations. The facility is clean, well-maintained and got a lot of variety in equipment. The variety of classes offered is also fantastic. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. Plus, the flexible hours and convenient location make it easy to fit workouts into my busy schedule. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the best place in Brussels and to stay healthy.

Positieve ervaring: A colleague of mine recently asked me if I would recommend my gym to him. Unfortunately, I had to hestitate: "Yeah I mean the place is alright, it´s just a bit run down, and the changing rooms are bad. It´s okay if you can look past some hygienic problems" World Class Fitness has quite some good benefits. The price is absolutely reasonable for a gym of this size, especially considering with special conditions you can get a deal of about 35 Euros per month for a year of gym, group glasses and pool. But this comes at a price. The place feels absolutely run down. It lacks hygiene, it feels dated, there is always stuff broken and barely anything happens. Let me list some issues: - I regularly work out, most of the time between 18:00 and 21:00 as well as during noon time on the weekend. Never have I ever seen a single person clean the workout area, locker rooms or showers. Especially the lockers are super dusty and dirty, also the showers are full of lint and fluff and look dirty. - The lockers are a joke. There are two men´s changing rooms (which itself is great!). However, what´s the point if 40% of all lockers are not working? They are simply broken and can not be locked. The ones that do work are rusty. Looking at Google Reviews this issue has been persisting for the last 2 years. For the last 2 years the Gym replies with "we are working on it". No you don´t. - In front of the pool as well as around the showers are these normal "bathroom floor towels" made out of cotton (the likes you can buy at IKEA) to presumably keep water at bay. This does not work. If a hundred people walk over them with their wet feet, all they do is getting soaking wet. It feels like they were dropped into water. It is absolutely disgusting stepping onto these soaking wet towels (they even make squishy sounds when the water is pressed out). These definitely need to go. - Machines are broken quite often. This itself is not a problem as I guess this is also due to misuse by the clients. However, it sometimes takes for ages before they are repaired. - A lot of people do not use towels when working out. This is of course a problem of the customers not the gym per se, but the gym is doing nothing of enforcing the clearly stated rule of a mandatory towel during workout. Please have your people walk around and utter warnings if people don´t respect the rules. I don´t want to work out on a bench where some other dude had all his sweat going onto the surface without any towel. Often the staff walks just past by people who clearly work out without a towel. - There is almost no phone reception in the lower levels. For this, the Gym apparently has Wifi in place. Well, it does not work. Just doesn´t . When I talked to staff about it, they told me I just used the wrong one. No I didn´t, it just does not work. - The building itself is incredibly run down as well. The only good area is the main workout area which seems reasonably modern. The entrance and the changing rooms on the other hand are completely run down. Recently they even had a bucket collecting rain water in the entrance area. - Almost all showers have broken brackets. I mean come on, this just looks like the team does not car anymore. I would really like to recommend this gym. I like the labyrinth-style layout, it is fairly big and has enough room that you can always work out even if it is a bit more full. But the fact that everything feels so run down and not thought after, combined with the fact that users have pointed out these exact same problems like already two years ago, with absolutely nothing changing, makes hit hard to recommend this without thinking twice.

Negatieve ervaring: Have been a member for 8 months and have to say that the gym has seen better times already. Half of the lockers in the men's room have been broken since I arrived. The machines are regularly broken and take really long to get fixed. Between 1800 and 2000h during rush hour the limited number of machines are all taken on a regular basis. A major investment to get there gym, the rooms and the machines up to date is overdue. The staff with whom I had contact is nice and friendly. Can't comment on the courses as I do not attend any. Strongly reconsidering not to renew my Abonnement.

Negatieve ervaring: UPD2: I got a full refund from World Class Brussels, but the fitness coach Carmen never apologized to me. It took me more than a month to get an appointment with the manager of the fitness Center. UPD: Nothing was done about the inappropriate behaviour of the fitness trainer named Carmen. The manager named Lucas ignores my messages and no apology by the the trainer was made even though she talked to me again. I have been discriminated against by the World Class Brussels and since the sports facility refuses to take any further actions I have no chance but to start sharing my story on social media. I have recently started my membership with World Class Fitness. On Saturday, October 8, 2022, a very unpleasant situation happened to me and I feel discriminated against. The fitness trainer at the facility approached me to say that my looks in the sport's top were upsetting to the other members of the club both men and women. Unfortunately, I did not catch the name of the fitness trainer who approached me, but I could easily identify her if needed. I do believe if they have the CCTV on the facility it can be easily checked. She used words along the line of decent look, which made me feel as if my body had been sexualized by the other members of the club. I see other women around the club with smaller breasts, which are exercising like me in sports bras, but they do not get a comment from the fitness trainer about their looks in front of other members of the club. Right now, I am a breastfeeding mom and came to the World Class Brussels to lose the baby weight, and even if I was not breastfeeding I feel that all other women with bigger breasts than average could be then sexualized too. Article 11 of my contract says that "members must be dressed in training or workout clothes during training and must wear full clothing (including on the upper part of the body)", thus as other women attending the facility and training in the sports bras I fulfill the requirements, unlike some of the fellow women who are using the sauna completely naked with their legs wide open. To sum up, I feel highly discriminated against by the World Class Fitness Club. I do not understand why women with smaller breasts training in the same sports clothes can do it in there, and I get to be scolded in front of the others for wearing the same type of clothes and also left feeling as if I am not a decent woman because of the way I am dressing. I am attaching the two print screens below to prove that the story is real and that even though I mentioned several times that I would like something to be done about it - all I got is the excuse via email. Again, if the facility did watch the CCTV as I asked they would have heard that the sports trainer do not mention anything at all about what type of bra she thinks it is, she goes on and on about how upsetting my looks in this particular bra are to the other men and women. I still hope that the facility will deal with this matter promptly as it is causing me mental damage. I do not feel secure in there anymore if my body can be sexualized, but at the same time, I believe that if other women are exercising in their sports bras I have to be allowed to do so too. Every woman has the right to feel safe at the sports facility of her choice no matter what bra cup size she wears. I also believe that the fitness trainer publicly humiliated me and it is not the way to talk to the members of the club.

Negatieve ervaring: De waterfontein werkt al twee maanden niet meer en de receptie heeft geen idee wanneer deze gerepareerd gaat worden. Sauna werkt geen 2 weken en ze zeggen dat het nog 2 weken zal duren, maar waarschijnlijk 2 maanden , douchegel altijd uit, en sommige zijn kapot. 20% Kluisjes buiten gebruik en vol of roestig. Ce dimanche soir le chauffage était éteint et sauna hors service. Résultat je suis rentré à la maison malade car on peut pas faire de sport avec des vêtements chauds alors il ya le chauffage et le chauffe-eau. Merci

Positieve ervaring: Hi Team! I have been the member of World Class for more than a year. I really like the gym, but there are several points which needs to be improved : changing room looks very dirty: dust, water on the floor and women’s hair everywhere… Also what really annoys me is the fact that people don’t change their shoes, thus the gym area is very dusty : I have to wash my sneakers after several gym sessions each time (and I don’t wear my shoes anywhere else but in the gym). Is it possible to implement this rule in regards of not allowance to wear outdoor shoes in the gym? When it’s not dry outside- what happens most of the time in Brussels, and people don’t change the shoes - it’s a disaster! This rule would make the clients happier and would simplify the life of your cleaning personal.

Negatieve ervaring: The machines are too old. They should absolutely replaced them. You have to book classes asa you can, if not you never can participate, finally you pay for nothing. I would suggest first come, first served. There are people coming 10 min with delay but they still have a spot… Good thing: sauna and swimming pool.

Fantastische ervaring: So glad I found this gym in Brussels. It really brings me peace after a long day at work and during the weekends. The gym has many rooms and studios and all the machines and equipment you can wish for (sure some are a bit old but they are all functional). The best part is the pool (heated) and the sauna, which always make me feel like Im on a holiday. They have longer opening hours than most gyms in the city. What surprised me is that they have special prices for interns, so I didn't hesitate to get a membership after a day trial (20€ day pass).

Positieve ervaring: Dit is nu al meer dan een jaar mijn sportschool, ik zou het een hogere score geven omdat het veel goede dingen heeft. Ze moeten echter strenger zijn met de klasreserveringen, als een persoon vóór de starttijd van de klas zijn reserveringsticket claimt, is de plaats ingenomen en kan deze niet aan iemand anders worden gegeven. Ik heb gisteren mijn ticket geclaimd voordat de les begon en omdat ik ging omkleden en het me twee minuten kostte, daarom arriveerde ik om 19:32 bij een les die om 19:30 begon, had iemand mijn plaats al ingenomen. Ik moest gewoon naar huis, ik vind het erg respectloos, de kaartjes zijn uiteindelijk niks waard, iemand die een kwartier eerder arriveert kan makkelijk de voorkeur hebben.

En partenariat avec l hôtel Renaissance (donc abonnés réguliers + touristes de passage). Propre, équipe de nettoyage active en continu. Y compris les vestiaires et les douches. Mesures sanitaires respectées. Des travaux de rénovation ont été réalisés (nouvelle piscine), d'autres sont prévus. Climatisation et wifi dans les salles principales. Horaires intéressants (semaine 7-22 weekend 8-20). Tarifs compétitifs. Parking difficile dans le quartier (parking proposé, en supplément). Accès en vélo recommandé.

Fantastische ervaring: La salle de sport est toujours Nickel, car nettoyer régulièrement. Les + sont les différents plateaux ou on peu s'entraîner au calme. Les saunas (mixte et non mixte) et la piscine sont un must. Et le staff est très agréable et helpful

I love the charm of the dated labyrinth like architecture the gym is integrated in: It goes up and down, suddenly there is a balcony which looks over the patio of the mall like structure. Positieve ervaring: Les installations sont d'assez bonne qualité, surtout dans cette gamme de prix. Le plus : des cours avec des vrais instructeurs (pas de cours virtuel). Attention cependant aux vols de vélos à l'entrée et de portefeuilles dans les vestiaires.

Negatieve ervaring: La propreté laisse à désirer et ce n'est pas la priorité de world Class Fitness. 2eme année d'abonnement et sûrement la dernière, surtout qu'en plus ils ne répondent même pas aux mails. Marre de nager parmis les cheveux qui flottent, alors qu'imposer un bonnet de bain serait tellement simple.

Positieve ervaring: Salle pas hyper grande mais bien équipée. Gros avantage: piscine et sauna !! Prix très corrects comparé à d’autres salles du même type. Petit oups: la salle du bas mériterait vraiment un nouvel airco et une meilleure ventilation

Fantastische ervaring: Huge gym and friendly staff! Loved it, there were sooo many rooms and classes offered here. The pool was the cherry on top. Definitely recommend to visitors.

Fantastische ervaring: Incredibly friendly staff and affordable promotions for subscribtion. There is a plenty of classes you can attend throughout the whole day. Pool, saunas and many rooms for weightlifting and big cardio department. Cycling hall and Yoga! :)

Positieve ervaring: La salle est propre, et le team très sympa, mais les appareils commence à vieillir, et la climatisation ne fonctionne pas dans les salles de fitness, il fait 40 degré dans la salle, et la salle de fitness à côté de la piscine et sans climatisation depuis des années. Manque beaucoup d'entretien pour cette salle de sport. Vraiment dommage.

Fantastische ervaring: Pour 200 euro l'année (13mois) la semaine de 6 à 16h et week-end de 8 à 22h30 que demander de plus. 3 salles de muscu dont 1 deadlift, squat, dc, barre assistée et bancs haltères, 1 autre avec machines Nautilus de qualités et bancs + haltères et la dernière machines LifeFitness toujours de qualité et bancs + haltères. 2 salles pour les trainings en groupe et 1 avec élastiques (trx?) et sac de frappe pour le fonctionnel et le combat. 1 salle et 1/2 de cardio, 1 piscine assez petite (10-15m) mais qui n'empêche pas de faire ses longueurs. 3 saunas dont un mixte et 4 vestiaires. Personnel et utilisateurs sympas. Les coach sportifs ont l'air de savoir ce qu'ils font contrairement à une autre salle "must" dont je ne citerai pas le nom. Tout est super propre, nettoyage non stop. On en sort frai, apaisé, prêt à entamer la journée dans le plus grand des calme.

Negatieve ervaring: Ausrüstung schwach. Trainigsraum klein mit wenig Möglichkeiten. Cardio ein Witz. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Positieve ervaring: Salle de gym vraiment chouette , calme et propre. Les heures d' ouverture sont en.plus hyper flexibles.

Positieve ervaring: Zeer grote sportschool, goede prijzen, ze hebben ook een zwembad. Ze huren de plek van het hotel, dus je kunt soms hotelgasten rond het zwembad zien ronddwalen. Het personeel is zeer behulpzaam en heeft een grote glimlach, dat is het belangrijkste voordeel. Ze zouden echter de netheid en het onderhoud van de sportschool en de apparatuur kunnen verbeteren.
