Fantastische ervaring: This is the first time I have stuck with a workout class for this long, and I am pretty sure I will continue to do so. Lee and his Pilates classes are amazing—challenging but also so much fun. Lee has such a positive vibe that I always leave feeling uplifted.

Fantastische ervaring: Pilates: een fantastische combi van krachttraining, lenigheid en mindfulness. Voeg daar nog de leuke vibe van King Studios aan toe, en je hebt een hobby voor het leven. Lee & Kathy zijn supertrainers, die je motiveren om grenzen te verleggen!

Fantastische ervaring: Ik had met fitness en zelfs yoga vaak last van een pijnlijke onderrug, of pijn aan een knie of schouder die ik vroeger blesseerde. Met de reformer pilates bij Lee heb ik nergens last van! In tegendeel, mijn spierkracht is toegenomen en daardoor heb ik ook minder last. Het is steeds een aangename les onder de deskundige begeleiding van Lee, die daarenboven iedereen op zijn/haar gemak doet voelen. Een absolute aanrader!
