Having dealt with fibromyalgia for years, I find Pilates has been the most helpful low-impact mind-body approach for building strength and flexibility. It can be adapted to almost any level of pain and fatigue, on any given day. Both in classes and in private sessions, Charlotte is superbly talented at close observation and making whatever adjustments are needed. With her smile, wit, and warmth, she constantly challenges clients to go beyond what the mind thinks is possible, but never at the risk of physical injury. I highly recommend Charlotte’s Studio for anyone interested in exploring the power of Pilates, but especially for those facing chronic pain or other physical constraints. Prepare to be dazzled!
