Expérience fantastique: So far for cross fit this is THE club I was looking for. due to unexpected issue caused by running I had to change my sport for about one month to something more static. One week trial was great. I used the lightest weight and still is intense for me. I found the group session the best part where you can have advice to correct your moves from peers and the coach. I am already trying to find a way to make cross fit part of my regular sport. Another advantage is diversity of coaches. Their focus is different and their style is also different. There is a lot to learn here for me who has done limited training with weight before in my life. Long story short, I am trying to pack my life and make sometime to make cross fit a regular sport in my agenda. Thank you

Ze hebben respect voor iedereen...en je doet een uur een goede wod en je snakt naar de volgende les...iedereen doet de work-outs op zijn/haar niveau en we worden bijgestuurd waar nodig en opgepept ook...zalig..zwoegen..zweten en genieten ...!!
