In this crazy, way too busy world, Hot Bikram Yoga makes me find balance in my life. It promotes and supports my physical & mental well-being, after every class I feel reborn and am a little closer to myself each time. With a lot of pleasure and of course I give Hot Yoga Ghent 5 stars and recommend it to everyone! Give it a chance, be open and allow it, you will see how it will improve your quality of life! Expérience fantastique: Great teachers, lovely to practice yoga in 40 degrees. Also interesting to here during class why movement X is healthy and what it benefits for. The showers are always clean and they work well. After class there's free fruit or sometimes cookies available

Expérience négative: Very negative energy, I don't like it when my severely uninterested yoga teacher shouts his commands at the group like a dictator, but maybe that's just me. My 1 visit was my last.

Proffesional teachers guide you with passion and an amazing energy through the class so you can walk out completely reborn afterwards. Throughout the years I tried yoga in different places and countries, but this is still my most favorite place to take yoga class. If you try once, you will want to come again because this team is as professional as it gets with that extra care and personal guidance.

At HYG you will find your sport activity where you can be and are yourself, where your body and mind are working together towards best results for your health benefits! Give a try to all of the classes at HYG and you will fall in love with the community, sweat challenge and the concept itself! Personally, I am with HYG for already more than 7 years and I have never regretted going to my first class on January 1st 2013. Karel, Mareike, Ann, Twiggy, Jessica, Jan - you are amazing people! Love you with every mm of my heart! You all have seen me through broken knees, blocked neck and back and even varicose « periods » ,- and even when doctors would tell me that I would never be able to do a standing bow, you would always support me and find the best approach for me and my body at this very moment « Never go through pain, work with the body you brought today »… And now… I can do a standing bow with no pain! I smile each time I do a squat! My doctors now are advising HYG for their patients ! So yes! I would definitely advise everyone to go and try HYG classes

Expérience fantastique: Fantastische hot yoga studio. Al jaren voorbijgelopen, maar ja ik heb pas onlangs ontdekt dat hot yoga betekent yoga op 40 graden... (ik heb zelfs de foldertjes zien staan bij de psycholoog, maar nooit de link kunnen leggen) Zeer goede yoga leraars, propere studio, alles dik in orde. Hot yoga is fantastisch, ik ben er aan verslaafd. Zowel mentaal als fysiek ben ik er al sterk op vooruitgegaan, veel minder last van mijn mentale problemen en mijn fibromyalgie geeft mij al minder last, zelfs mijn migraines zijn een beetje vermindert. Het heeft mijn leven veranderd. Keep up the good work!

Expérience fantastique: I was in Gent for only a short visit but managed to come to Hot YogaGent five times in five days because I loved it so much!! This yogastudio ticked all the boxes. The studio is beautiful, the teachers are amazing and positive and the class itself is great! They even offer delicious tea, fruits and cookies after the work is done!! <3 Thank you so much for the lovely time! Strongly recommend! :)
