Basic-Fit Deinze Tolpoortstraat 24/7

Expérience fantastique: Ik heb meerdere Basic Fit’s in Nederland bezocht en 1 in Deinze aan de Tolpoortstraat. Laats genoemde steekt er met kop en schouders boven uit. Zo zouden alle sportscholen moeten (en kunnen) zijn. Het is er proper, toestellen zijn in prima staat, een goede sfeer en de gastvrijheid en behulpzaamheid van Christoph en Scott staan hoog in het vaandel. Complimenten voor deze mannen en deze Basic Fit!

Expérience fantastique: Aangenaam en beleefd personeel. Het clienteel is ook aardigen. De toestellen en materialen zijn altijd netjes.

Expérience positive: Train here more than 2 years, nice gym, small and with friendly staff. Unfortunately now they made some changes that made the gym worse, they took off the small room that everybody used to make the virtual classes and to make abdominals or functional trainings. Now They took off the space for functional training. Result is that now, there is no space, only equipments. If you need to use ropes, balls, abdominals is a slipering floor, you can not. Very disappointing as looks like only one target public is Being considered.

Expérience négative: Yesterday, 08/07, 17:30 What was supposed to be a quiet training evening at Basic Fit turned into a horrible experience within the first five minutes, thanks to the receptionist. I was doing my exercise when suddenly the receptionist approached me and rudely said, “Next time, bring a towel!” I wasn’t even sweating as I had just started my training, but I understood that’s the procedure, so I just agreed and said, “Okay.” Then, he sarcastically questioned me again, raising his voice: “A towel! Do you know what a towel is?” I couldn’t believe he was asking me such a silly question. I was born and raised in an English-speaking country, and it’s clear that I am a native English speaker. Why ask such a question? It was not about the language. For sure, he was trying to embarrass me and put me down. Who in this world doesn’t know what a towel is? Trying to keep things calm and smooth, I changed the subject and asked, “By the way, how can I find a personal trainer here? I’ve been looking for one but haven’t received a reply.” Once again, he was extremely racist and sarcastic, asking, “But you know that a personal trainer is expensive?” He promptly assumed that because I’m a black man, I couldn’t afford a personal trainer. Besides all this, he couldn’t find my registration. I tried to explain that it’s linked to my business account, as my company made the agreement with Basic Fit, but before I could finish the sentence, he abruptly cut me off, saying, “I’m not asking about your company, it’s about you,” not giving me the chance to explain. I just want to state three things here: 1. I have never ever in my life received such bad treatment, especially in a place that’s supposed to provide relaxation and the pleasure of training. This man completely ruined my evening. I’ve worked in many countries, and I’m currently living in Belgium because my spouse is Belgian. My experiences with customer service in the country have been amazing, which made even more shocked with such an attitude. 2. I highly suggest that Basic Fit review how their employees treat clients. It’s a shame for a big brand to have such unprofessional people working in customer service. This man is clearly not prepared to deal with people at all. 3. I am part of the social committee management at my company, we have more than 100 people subscribed to this gym. I will ensure that the company knows what happened to me to prevent it from happening to my colleagues. There are other gym options where people can expect proper treatment. I am frustrated, horrified, disappointed, and completely traumatized. I hope this never happens to anyone else again.

Expérience fantastique: Good gym with a big set of machines and equipment. The staff is friendly and helpful. The customer care is very responsive, Aryan helped me to resolve an issue with downloading the app after buying the membership, thus I’m so far satisfied

Expérience positive: We zijn natuurlijk verwend met de Basic Fit in Lovendegem en kun je moeilijk vergelijken maar in Deinze zijn de toestellen best wel op elkaar gepropt en het was iets te druk naar mijn idee.

Expérience positive: Opzich staan meeste toestellen daar. Maar veel te klein voor deinze zeker in piekuren is het onaangenaam om te trainen (als je al kan trainen ik ben al paar keer terug vertrokken) en moet je soms 10 a 15 min wachten eer je een toestel vrij kan hebben. De volgende basic fit ligt op +-20 min rijden. Een uitbreiding van basic fit te deinze zou geen luxe zijn maar een must.
