The team here is also super welcoming to newcomers, who can often feel intimidated walking into a crossfit gym for the first time. Here you’ll get coached at your level, whatever it is. Do yourself a favor and give it a try. Special shout out to coaches Raf and Maya for all the work they put into this place!
