Expérience positive: Klein en vriendelijk. Gelukkig, geen drukte.

Expérience négative: Langsgeweest in Mei om te vermelden dat we na een jaar klant zijn en via domiciliëring te werken het abonnement voor 2 personen willen afzeggen na de laatste betaling in juni. Alles goed en wel en zou allemaal in orde komen. Tot in Augustus laten ze de domiciliëring lopen zonder iets te vermelden. Bovendien was de rekening waar deze op liep niet meer in gebruik. Goede fitness alleen jammer dat ze afspraken niet nakomen.

Expérience négative: Vreselijke ervaring – vermijd deze gym! Ik ben nu drie keer aangerekend voor hetzelfde lidmaatschap – dat is €135 voor een dienst die ik niet eens wilde verlengen. De betalingen gebeuren automatisch en er is geen enkele manier om dit stop te zetten. Ik heb meerdere keren contact opgenomen met de eigenaar, maar zoals gewoonlijk werd ik volledig genegeerd. Dit is niet de eerste keer dat dit gebeurt – het is een terugkerend probleem. Het is echt triest hoe sommige mensen alleen uit zijn op makkelijk geld, zonder enige vorm van service of communicatie. Maar karma komt altijd terug, en ik hoop dat het laat zien waar dat geld uiteindelijk naartoe gaat. Als je overweegt om lid te worden van deze gym – doe het niet. Je eindigt misschien zoals ik: je geld kwijt, geen reactie, en vol frustratie. Pp,S: I hope for any contact and solution about this otherwise can go even further as the owner does

Expérience positive: Great equipment and spacious place, clean and comfortable to do multiple exercises. Fair prices and good quality-price. I tried out a month at this gym and this is my honest opinion, I would like to mention some points during my visit here; first, the sauna it’s supposed to work 3/4 days a week including week-ends, available only from 3pm to 8pm approximately, hours change on the weekends, but during this availability times, you really have to ask at the front desk to please turn it on and it takes a while to warm up (about an hour or more) and this can be a problem if you plan to use it, meaning it’s not ready when you need and can use it. Staff is okay, I would not say they are friendly to my personal opinion but they are helpful. Around 12am, there is a group of multiple young students which come to this gym all together and uses the equipment, I recommend you not to come at this times since it gets a bit crowded and woman’s room gets pretty full and busy, they also leave their belongings outside the lockers and they take all the space where its made to sit. They leave their stuff very messy, it happens multiple times and no one says anything. Plus, they stare a lot which is against the gym rules. And also use the gym equipment for a long of time without knowing how to use it properly. I believe there should be a camera in ladies room since there’s just no control at this room, I had a very sour experience at this room since someone went inside my private belongings and stole money from me. I am aware and responsible for not putting a lock into my locker that day, but if something happens here, I had to report it and I communicated this at the front desk since one of the rules of this gym is “respect”. And I felt violated and now I have a degree of distrust in this place of recreation. I believe the crew should use this as a warning for other customers that use this installations, since no one is the exception of being stolen here and there are thieves operating at this place. And everyone deserves to be hear and respected. If I am the owner and my costumer has an experience at my store, I would like it to be communicated. Rather than ignore it. Anyways, the owner was kind to hear my experience but unfortunately he told me he couldn’t do anything about this because i didn’t put a lock, either suggested to help me take a look into the cameras or bring help. Instead, he suggested me to buy his locks. Perhaps the thief should have consequences so this doesn’t happen again here to others. Criminals like this just lay in wait until the moment is right. They are patient and often take the time to gather the proper materials to execute the theft with greater precision and I believe the gym should still cooperate in an investigation into the lost property without necessarily taking financial responsibility. In my personal opinion, this place could improve customer service. (If they are open to).

Expérience fantastique: Een heel fijne gym waar ze veel verschillende mogelijkheden aanbieden, erg goede trainers en trainsters, je wordt steeds vriendelijk geholpen bij vragen. Een gym waar ik me echt thuis voel!

Objectieve review … ik ga geen details delen voor jullie eigen goed , Er zijn veel gelijkaardige gevallen jammer genoeg , Eerste review was weg indien gewenst we kunnen al een paar klanten dat er ook klanten waren zijn gedacht gerust laten meedelen Dit platform bestaat juist daarvoor. We geven nooit de schuld aan onze klanten maar we kijken wel wat de we verkeer gedaan hebben na al die klachten van verschillende mensen Ps Ik stuur de photos van de wellness/ fitness nog door oor ,altijd welkom ;) En toch een van de beste klanten geweest altijd dag pas+ drankje bijna 15€ per training - Eingenaar goed voor fitness maar een vrij slechte ondernemer.

Expérience fantastique: Heel goede gym. Je voelt je erin thuis, je wordt geapprecieerd, je hebt respect, er wordt deftig getraind, deftige personal training, top machines en materialen. Wat wil je nog meer!?

Expérience négative: bad ventilation,not flexible,bad wifi but good equipment. really need to change the ventilation cause you can't train properly with the air purification the gym has. and in the week-end really really bad opening hours!!

If I had to recommend a gym to people, it would definitely be Ultimate Gym Kortrijk. When you have questions and need help, every person in the gym is available. Just like one big family. Really happy. Definitely a recommendation. Top ervaring, elke persoon is hier welkom. Ik ben nu 3 maand bezig en heel blij met deze gym. Moest ik mensen een gym aanraden, zou het zeker Ultimate Gym Kortrijk zijn. Als je vragen en hulp nodig hebt, dan kan iedere persoon in de gym aangesproken worden. Net als één grote familie. Echt ENORM blij. Zeker een aanrader!
